Job Summary
As a Production Machine Operator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the continuity of our complex sterile filling operations. You’ll set up, operate, and maintain advanced production equipment in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
What You'll Do
- Set up, adjust, and operate specialized production machinery. (70% of time)
- Collaborate with fill/seal operators and supervisors to maintain efficient operations.
- Ensure documentation and recordkeeping meet rigorous standards.
- Perform integrity testing on sterilizing filters.
- Uphold strict compliance with all applicable regulations.
What You'll Need
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience setting up and operating precision machinery.
- Ability to follow procedures and document work activities.
- Availability to work overtime as needed to meet production goals.
Desired Skills
- Mechanical troubleshooting abilities and comfort using hand tools.
- Familiarity with arithmetic, military time, metric system, and tool safety.

Shift Details
- 2nd Shift: 3:15 PM - 11:45 PM, Monday - Friday (7% shift premium)
- 3rd Shift: 11:15 PM - 7:45 AM, Sunday - Thursday (10% shift premium)
- Training on 1st Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday for at least 30 days
