Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development:
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling both in person and on the phone, networking, and industry events.
• Identify and approach potential clients, presenting our staffing solutions and services.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Have frequent meetings with clients to review performance, address concerns, and identify additional opportunities.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction and successful staffing outcomes.
• Market Analysis:
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our services.
• Provide feedback to the team on market needs and client preferences to drive service improvements.

Qualifications:

• Experience in outside sales, ideally within the staffing or recruitment industry.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach and strong organizational skills.
