Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Lakewood/Littleton/Denver areas
Job Description: We are seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to join the team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Pay Range: $18 - $23/hr. (Based on experience and company specific)
Responsibilities:

• Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, communicating effectively.
• Assist with the organization and scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain organized filing systems and databases.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
• Provide general administrative support to management and other staff members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus with previous experience in a bilingual administrative role.
