Apartment Maintenance Technician
Location: Lakewood, CO
Pay Rate: $22-$24/hr. BOE
Shift: 1st shift, Monday - Friday
Express is searching for a Maintenance Technician who will have core responsibilities with building upkeep. This Maintenance Technician role will assist with general tasks, such as clean up, light construction, and some mechanically inclined occurrences. In addition, the Maintenance Technician will also work with outside contractors and vendors for completion of large-scale projects. This role will commonly work with skilled and professional tradesman for collaboratively met deadlines.
Maintenance Technician job highlights:
- Opportunity to work independently in both outdoor and indoor areas
- Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs, and at times, up to 50 lbs safely
- Work history in construction, landscaping, or keeping grounds
- Experience using powered equipment and tools
- Communicate clearly and manage a project list

- 2 years'' experience in Apartment maintenance
- Valid Driver''s License and your own vehicle
