Job Title: Housekeeper

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Housekeeper to join our team. The role involves property cleaning, unit cleans, maintaining the laundry room, and some grounds and trash removal. If you are comfortable with these duties and meet the qualifications, this could be an excellent opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of properties and individual units
• Maintain cleanliness of the laundry room
• Handle some groundskeeping and trash removal tasks
• Use cleaning supplies, vacuum, brooms, mops, power buffers, ladders, and trash disposal equipment

Expected Results:

• Achieve a set number of units cleaned per day

Qualities Required:

• Detail-oriented
• Professional attitude and demeanor

Work Schedule:

• Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Compensation:

• $20.00/hour

Work Environment:

• Mainly indoors, with occasional outdoor tasks for waste removal and groundskeeping

Additional Information:

• Drug screen required
