Marketing Coordinator - White City, Oregon

• Campaign Support : Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, website, social media, email, video, and print channels.
• Content Creation : Collaborate with various teams to create and edit engaging content, including news articles, email campaigns, ad campaigns, brochures, and website updates.
• Data Management : Maintain marketing databases, collect data, and analyze campaign performance to measure effectiveness.
• Event Coordination : Help organize and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team, sales, web development, training, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and timely project completion.
• Administrative Support : Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling correspondence, and preparing marketing reports.

What you will bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or two years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing software and analytics tools.
• Creative thinking with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field is a plus.
• Passion or experience in the shooting, hunting, outdoor, or automotive industries is a plus.
• Understanding of brand identity and positioning with the ability to maintain consistency across various marketing channels.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
