As a Quality Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position is a vital part of the manufacturing process, as it ensures that our products are safe and reliable for our customers.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Perform regular audits of production processes to identify any potential areas of improvement
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to maintain consistent product quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any quality-related issues and implement corrective actions
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations based on findings
- Document and report on quality metrics, ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Conduct regular training sessions to educate employees on quality control processes and protocols
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a quality control or auditing role within the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and techniques
- Proficient in using quality management software and tools
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and Blueprints
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
