Responsibilities:
- Process and review funding requests for clients
- Review client performance and client analysis
- Manage client relationships
- Identify potential red flags and issues and communicate information to the Operations Manager
- Prior business to business customer service experience
- Computer proficient and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing agendas
- Ability to self-manage and be proactive
- Fluent Spanish/English bilingual skills preferred but not required
