```Duties```
- Assess and evaluate patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans
- Coordinate and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
- Monitor patient progress, update care plans as needed, and provide ongoing support and education
- Conduct patient assessments, including physical examinations, vital signs, and medical history reviews
- Utilize knowledge of physiology and behavioral health to provide comprehensive patient care
- Document patient information accurately and timely in medical records
- Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists to coordinate patient care
- Provide utilization management to ensure appropriate use of healthcare resources

```Requirements```
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [state]
- Minimum [X] years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a case management or similar role
- Strong knowledge of ICU and behavioral health settings
- Proficient in patient assessment techniques and interpretation of vital signs
- Familiarity with managed care principles and utilization management processes

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work independently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $26.00 - $60.00 per hour
