Quality Administrator
Summary
To provide administration support to QA department, to help Director, manager and QE deliver business success in line with best practices.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
o To provide an efficient administration service to the Quality Department. This may include such tasks as scanning, reconciliation, filing, archiving and retrieval.
o To ensure all administration databases and tracking tools are up to date and correct.
o Ensure all electronic filing and manual filing systems are kept up to date.
o Coordinates with production, manufacturing, and customer service to ensure meeting customer requirements.
o Compiles and enters data to make report for department manager.
o Assist in maintaining and implementing the Quality Management System.

o Language: ability to read write and speak English fluently.
o Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies.
Four-year college or university program certificate
Experience
One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: $16.50 - $25.00 per hour
