We are hiring an Accounting Administrator! This is a fantastic opportunity that will be part time and average about 2-3 days a week.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hands on accounting AP, AR, and support the Accountant

• 2-3 days a week, flexible on days and times
• Nights and weekends are an option to if the candidate wants it.

Duties :

• Payroll 90-100 employees
• Budgeting support
• Reimbursements
• AP / AR
• Data entry into excel
• Using their POS system
• QuickBooks- Well versed with AP, AR, and Payroll

Looking for someone who enjoys working on a team.

Benefits offered if employee is working 30 hours a week or more.

Pay : $25-26 / hour to start

Benefits : Provided if you work more than 30 hours / week.
