PRODUCT STRATEGY SENIOR ADVISORPosition SummaryThe Product Senior Advisor position will lead strategy evaluation, development, and initial product management for new drug optimization opportunities within PBM/Supply Chain Product. The primary focus of the Senior Advisor will be to research and develop new product strategies from ideation to go-to-market. Ideas for product development will be generated collaboratively with the Drug Optimization Team. The Senior Advisor will be responsible for developing new products that compliment and expand beyond the team’s current product line which includes DAW9, Formulary Benefit Optimization, Market Events Protection Program, Drug Conversion and generic pipeline management. Strong project management skills as well as a broad understanding of PBM operations as well as client and PBM incentives will position the candidate for success. The Senior Advisor will work extensively with cross functional partners to understand impacted areas and develop mutually agreeable solutions to product challenges. Essential Functions
Develop and support strategic initiatives associated with drug optimization strategies.
Create business cases for new product strategies
Develop product positioning, timelines, and project plans to move new strategies from ideation through launch and into ongoing product management
Leverage PBM expertise to appropriately assess & construct product strategies
Work and influence cross-functional partners to achieve key initiatives and corporate goals
Support and facilitate discussions with internal partners at varying levels of leadership
Develop training, marketing, and internal communications to support new products
Qualifications
4 Year undergraduate degree or MBA preferred
Must have 5 years of experience in product management, strategy, or operations
Excellent strategic and critical thinking skills
Ability to work on multiple tasks, prioritize, resolve complex issues, and have strong project management skills
Creativity and ability to create product positioning preferred
A self-starter with who has the initiative to work cross-functionally to resolve issues and generate product results
Demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Emphasis on strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation), especially with the ability to work with executives, clients and broad teams; tailoring communication per audience
Proficient in Microsoft office applications

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 116,300 - 193,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
