Home time
Drivers get home on Friday afternoons for a minimum of a 34 hour reset
Pay
Drivers will average $1400 weekly. There is a minimum pay program for each driver.
Bonuses
Bonus each month to the driver of the month. Driver of the year will receive a new truck and $5,000 bonus
World Class Trucks
Newer trucks. Drivers will receive a 2021 or newer Kenworth 579. Each truck comes with a TV mount, Inverter, 72" roof deck, Dual Drive tires, an Espar Bunk Heater, and SiriusXM. All trucks are automatic and get replaced every 1.5 years
Freight
We have plenty of freight and never have to worry about drivers waiting for their next load. All freight is flatbed. Drivers will haul oversized loads, rebar, pipe, lumber, coils and machinery
Running area
All 48 states
Orientation
Orientation last 4 days. All meals will be provided along with a rental car. Excellent orientation pay along with a sign on bonus.
Benefits
All drivers are offered full benefits. You have the option to have medical, dental and vision insurance. We offer 401K with company match up to 4%. Holiday and vacation pay starts after 6 months.
Holiday pay
6 major holidays - drivers are home and get paid for the day (New Years day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas)
Vacation pay
Drivers will get 3 paid vacation days after 6 months.
