Position Summary:

Detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have accounting experience. Proficiency with accounting software required. This is a full-time position based in our office

Duties and Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable: Input invoices, cut checks, maintain related vendor files

Accounts Receivable: Invoice customers, apply cash payments and maintain related files

Payroll: Prepare weekly payrolls

Input time records for 55 employees

Apply policies as stated in employee manual

Maintain payroll and employee files

Required Qualifications:

2 to 4 year degree in Accounting a plus or related work experience. An understanding of basic accounting required.

Proficiency in accounting software such as Foundation for Construction , QuickBooks, or similar programs

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $24.00 - $26.44 per hour
