Extenet is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sr. D365 F&O Business Analyst to lead our financial and operational systems optimization efforts. This senior position offers a unique opportunity to excel in innovation and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Sr. D365 F&O Business Analyst will manage and optimize financial and operational systems, collaborating with the business process office and finance departments to implement and maintain system solutions that support business objectives and enhance operational performance.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, focusing on advancing our accounting and finance capabilities. Architect innovative solutions that drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across financial and operational processes.
- Customization and Configuration: Lead the customization and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to meet evolving business requirements. Utilize advanced programming techniques to implement complex customizations, extensions, and integrations.
- System Integration: Serve as the primary point of contact for accounting system integration initiatives, collaborating closely with accounting teams to design and implement seamless integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data across integrated systems.
- Strategic Guidance and Advisory: Provide strategic guidance and advisory support to senior management on matters related to financial systems, processes, and controls. Leverage a deep understanding of accounting principles and financial best practices to drive informed decision-making and mitigate risks.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Strive for innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system capabilities and business processes.
- Business Process Support: Provide support to the business process office by understanding and improving business workflows and system integrations.
- Finance Department Support: Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of system capabilities.
- Data Integrity and Security: Ensure the integrity and security of financial and operational data within the systems.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues promptly.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as needed to support the dynamic needs of the finance team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or CPA certification preferred.
- Extensive experience (5 years) working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, with a proven track record of success in senior-level roles.
- Strong expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in X programming language and other relevant technologies:
- Azure Logic App development
- C# Development experience
- Azure function development
- Azure resource management
- ISV Management
- Power Platform
- Demonstrated experience leading complex system integration projects, particularly in accounting systems integration.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate business needs into innovative technical solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- A passion for continuous learning and professional development, with a commitment to staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Technical Knowledge in Financial Systems: Experience working with financial systems, ERP software, and database management.
- Business Process Understanding: Strong understanding of business processes and workflows, particularly within finance and operations.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with multiple, distinct audiences, including internal teams, senior management, and external resources.
- Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, especially those related to data analytics (Excel, Power BI) and systems administration (ERP systems).
- Problem Resolution Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
- Prioritization and Time Management Skills: Able to effectively manage multiple and changing priorities simultaneously.
