Under the leadership of the Manager of the Mobile EyeCare Van this position is responsible for driving the GVS Mobile EyeCare Van safely to customer locations in the NYC Metro Area.

• Required to safely driving Mobile Unit vehicle to all assigned locations (NYC Metro Area).
• Vehicle maintenance as needed.
• Working cooperatively with colleagues, clients and patients and maintain good relationships.
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
• A minimum of six (6) months commercial truck driving experience preferred.
• Clean driving record.
• Must be able to pick up Mobile Unit and drive to various locations throughout the NYC Metro Area within a scheduled time.
• Ability to clearly communicate in English.
• Must be able to work a flexible shift (mornings and/or evenings).
• Must be comfortable interacting with colleagues, patients, and clients.
• Strong and professional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Effective 09/17/2023 NYC passed a Pay Transparency Law which requires NYC based hiring to include a compensation range on each job posting. This compensation range is presented in good faith for candidates that are hired in these roles will be presented a salary within the range stated on the job posting
Salary $45,000-$52,000 annually.
