As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Shipping Assistant with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Shipping Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of our warehouse facility.

- Manage shipping schedules and prioritize shipments based on urgency and customer requirements.
- Handle shipping discrepancies, including damaged or missing items, and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.

- Assist in the development and implementation of improved shipping procedures and best practices.

- Collaborate with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
- 2-4 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Literate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Must be available to work on site
- High school diploma, associate degree a plus
- Salary up to $50k based on experience.
