Crew members are responsible for completing their routes in an efficient and timely manner while paying attention to detail alongside the rest of their team. As a team, the crew leaders included, are responsible for picking up and cleaning up before moving on to the next site.

Each crew is given the proper tools needed to mow and maintain each property. At the end of each day, all crew members are expected to assist their crew leader in cleaning out the truck and trailer to prepare for the next day.
