- Je bereidt maandelijkse, kwartaal- en jaarlijkse financiële rapportages voor volgens IFRS, en zorgt dat deze binnen de vastgestelde deadlines worden ingeleverd;
- Je draagt actief bij aan de verbetering van systemen en processen voor financiële rapportage en interne controles;
- Je houdt toezicht op het factureringsproces en zorgt ervoor dat dit voldoet aan interne richtlijnen (IFRS 15), en je stuurt het aanmaningsproces aan;
- Je beheert de crediteurenadministratie, uitgevoerd door een shared service center, en houdt toezicht op betalingsverkeer en kasplanning;
- Je ondersteunt zowel externe als interne audits (zoals wettelijke audits en belastingaudits) en belastingadviseurs, en coördineert met interne belanghebbenden om tijdige afronding van audits en belastingaangiften te waarborgen;
- Je beheert maandelijkse en jaarlijkse btw-aangiften;
- Je reageert op ad-hoc verzoeken van management en externe belanghebbenden zoals de belastingdienst, auditors en banken;
- Je onderhoudt een goede samenwerking met verschillende teams zoals Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain en Customer Service;
- Je hebt interactie met de regionale financiële teams en het hoofdkantoor om de financiële processen soepel te laten verlopen.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in Accounting, Auditing of Finance functies met gedegen kennis van financiële rapportage- en boekhoudprocessen;
- Kennis van het opstellen van financiële overzichten volgens IFRS;
- Analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden;
- Vermogen om te werken in een snel veranderende omgeving en meerdere prioriteiten te beheren;
- Ervaring met SAP FI/CO, Business Warehouse en geavanceerde Excel is een pré.
