Job Description: Peak Time Banking Specialist - Gatesville

Location: Gatesville, TX, 76528

Extraco Banks is seeking a Peak Time Banking Specialist to join our team. This position is Part Time and located on site in Gatesville, Texas. Individuals in this position must be able to work a flexible schedule. Schedules are set based on business need and subject to change.

Current user of Bank Technology i.e. Online Banking, Mobile Deposit Capture:
Provide superior customer service to all customers
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Assist customers with account inquiries and problem resolution
Adhere to all bank policies and procedures
Participate in ongoing training and development

Education:

High School Diploma required
College degree preferred.

Experience:

At minimum 1 year customer service, cash handling, or sales experience required
Banking experience preferred
Call Center experience preferred
Bilingual a plus.
