A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HORIZONTAL DIRECTIONAL DRILL LOCATOR

As a Horizontal Directional Drill Locator, you are essential to our company's ability to complete our specialized projects. You are a top-rate communicator who effectively conveys information and makes sure our drilling is accurate. Before we drill, you help identify new and existing underground utilities that could be in the bore path.

You interpret signals from underground transmitters, and you guide the drill operator to ensure the location, angle, and temperature of the drill head are correct. Alongside your coworkers, you also perform other necessary tasks that lead to successful project completion. At the end of the day, you assist with cleaning and tearing down the job site. You take pride in ensuring our drilling operations are completed safely and smoothly!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HORIZONTAL DIRECTIONAL DRILL LOCATOR

• 1 years of related experience
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
• Willingness to work out of town
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening
