Job Description: As the Handwritten Outreach Specialist at Extrity Services, you will be instrumental in generating leads by handwriting envelopes for our "Indigo Letter" to potential clients. Your contribution will be pivotal in enhancing team performance, ensuring service excellence, and upholding Extrity Services' commitment to security and professionalism.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Handwriting 100 envelopes per day with personalized addresses to ensure each letter reaches its intended recipient.
• Ensuring all handwritten envelopes are neat, legible, and free of errors.
• Preparing and organizing the Indigo Letters for mailing, ensuring they are properly sealed and ready for dispatch.
• Meeting the daily quota of 100 handwritten envelopes consistently.
• Maintaining and updating client and potential client information accurately to ensure effective tracking and follow-up.
• Sourcing the contact list from our CRM and conducting research on available platforms to identify potential clients.
• Providing daily reports on the number of letters prepared and mailed out.
• Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies and targets.

• Basic understanding of marketing and lead generation strategies.
