Position Description:

EXXEED is looking for Full Desk Principal Recruiters (HEALTHCARE, Technical and General) to join our team. This is a unique opportunity on the ground floor of a high-growth, early-stage company. Full Desk Principal Recruiters are a cornerstone function for EXXEED that will not only accelerate your professional development and career but also provide a platform to make a significant impact in the industry.

As a Full Desk Principal Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to identify and hire top talent. You will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop sourcing strategies, source, screen, and interview qualified candidates. You'll also be responsible for negotiating offers and keeping candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process. As a Full Desk Principal Recruiter, you are responsible for business development with support from EXXEED leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview top tech talent using a variety of efficient and proven methods.
• Negotiate offers and close deals.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from start to finish.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• New business development.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest tech trends and recruiting best practices.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in recruitment, agency preferred, with an understanding of corporate recruitment and onboarding.
• Proven track record of success in identifying and hiring top talent.

Location: Hybrid - Irvine, CA-based

Compensation Range: Base Salary starts at $70,000, plus commission % payout. Conservatively, on-target compensation is targeted at $140,000 - $200,000.
