Discover your exciting role

As a Expert, Project Cost Contol at Exyte, you will be responsible for executing the Change Management Program on a Project, including upstream Client/Owner, internal, and downstream subcontractor/vendor changes. This includes close collaboration with various project teams to train, guide and support the project through the process, review of impact assessments, generating change notices and change orders, and tracking changes through closure. Your participation is integral in ensuring the project stays on budget and on scheduling, leading to overall project success.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Direct change management and monthly project forecast update activities, developing, interpreting, and executing policy, objectives, and standards applicable to trend/change management activities.
  • Provide leadership in terms of integrating the change management process with other key project procedures (e.g., Risk Management, Forecasting, Cost, Trends, and Claims) and support corporate, Global Business Unit, commercial group, and functional stakeholders in managing change related activities as required.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial and Project Controls teams including Cost, Scheduling, Estimating and Procurement to validate and adjust budgets/forecasts/deliverables and issue change orders and variation orders.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and direct change management related presentations to Exyte and client management, as required. Leads Change Control meetings.
  • Provide leadership and guidance for the analysis of specially assigned change related initiatives or work planning requiring detailed change assessment, forecasting and response planning efforts.
  • Generate Change summaries for Project Management Team review and approval, considering project contractual requirements.
  • Generate Change Notices and Change Orders for review and approval.
  • Manage the Change Management Program software Module in Sharepoint.
  • Contribute to the generation of reports for changes, impacts, and performance KPIs.

Show your expertise

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field required or Equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 5-8 years experience in an EPC Environment
  • Project Controls experience on large EPC/EPCM projects.($100 million )
  • Demonstrated capability to interface with commercial and technical functions to effect baseline change management.
  • Ability to delivery, communication, and training of change management processes and procedures and full exposure to project business case scrutiny processes and project controls practices
  • 5 years of experience in deployment of and/or participation in a change management process for EPC projects.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data
