The Senior Construction Manager - Off-Site Manufacturing will oversee and manage the construction, delivery, integration, and commissioning of OSM modules on site, focusing on the Central Utilities Plant (CUP) and utilities yard areas. This role is pivotal in ensuring alignment with project schedules and coordinating OSM engineering solutions across the project, working closely with regional engineering leads and vendors to successfully meet project expectations on schedule. The Senior Construction Manager - Off-Site Manufacturing will oversee and manage the construction, delivery, integration, and commissioning of OSM modules on site, focusing on the Central Utilities Plant (CUP) and utilities yard areas. This role is pivotal in ensuring alignment with project schedules and coordinating OSM engineering solutions across the project, working closely with regional engineering leads and vendors to successfully meet project expectations on schedule.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities
  • Project Management OSM:
  • Lead and supervise the construction, delivery, integration, and commissioning of OSM modules on-site. Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with local and regional engineering and construction leads to integrate and manage various OSM solutions effectively.
  • Align with vendors to maintain schedule adherence and resolve any schedule-related issues promptly. Conveyance & Site Installation Support:
  • Transition from fabrication facilities to on-site installation and hookup of OSM solutions and systems. Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure successful project completion. Engineering Coordination:
  • Coordinate with US engineering leads to address design changes and development issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with global engineering teams (DES, Israel, Ireland) for design clarifications and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Quality and Process Management:
  • Oversee fabrication, assembly, and quality processes for OSM solutions, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Productivity initiatives to enhance project efficiency and quality. Reporting and Documentation:
  • Ensure technical competence in document control systems, centralized databases, MS PowerPoint, and MS Office to facilitate effective project documentation and reporting.
  • Provide regular and effective progress reports to the Project Management Team (PMT), project OSM lead, and the Project Director.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of OSM activities, including design changes, clarifications, and development updates.
Show your expertise
  • Minimum Required
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field or 10 years of equivalent experience
  • 10 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in managing off-site manufacturing or modular construction projects, with a strong understanding of construction methods, engineering principles, and project management practices Preferred
  • At least 10 years' experience as part of a leadership team, working with cross functional teams, project and team support, and managing multiple projects in parallel
  • Proficiency with semiconductor projects and processes to streamline project execution and enhance project outcomes
  • Experience in multiregional projects preferred
