The Senior Architectural Designer is responsible for accurately preparing complex construction documents and well considered technical solutions under the supervision of a Lead Architect. Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities
Assists with preparing reports, studies, and graphics using common software
Performs duties of Autodesk Building Systems Software as needed
Reviews architectural drawings for completeness, constructability and coordination
Collaborates with design and technical teams while supporting or leading the development of design deliverables from studies to Construction Documents, including drawings and specifications
Participates in the development of office standards and procedures
Coordinates architectural models and drawings with the other design disciplines
Other duties as assigned

High School Diploma or GED required
Associate’s degree preferred
6 years of experience
LEED® AP with Specialty or GA (Green Associate) preferred
Ability to respectfully work well in a diverse team setting to meet tight deadlines
Able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Exhibit characteristics of an emerging or developed leader
Be capable of enjoying the work and keeping a positive attitude in a challenging environment
Proficiency with Autodesk Building Systems Software
Knowledgeable and productive in the Autodesk Building Systems Software work environment
Knowledgeable and productive in the Revit work environment
Exhibit a professional demeanour and be a proactive problem solver
