Contract Description
EY GigNow has an immediate opening for a Product Management within the financial services industry, ideally in consumer banking.

• Develop an understanding of Client's customers, business, evolving market trends, and competitive landscape to propose an appropriate set of features to address the customers' needs, working alongside Client business and technical stakeholders.
• Identify issues, formulate hypotheses, and gather feedback to propose product improvements to Client digital product features in line with Client-defined business and technical priorities and requirements
• Prioritize feature backlog and coordinate the Client-owned product roadmap aligned to the strategic vision
• Facilitate multi-disciplinary feature teams including business, design, engineering, marketing and governance based on Client defined procedures and requirements to build and launch features aligned to the product roadmap
• Propose product objectives and generic acceptance criteria prior to launch and track product performance through Client approved metrics and KPIs

Qualifications

• Certification: Certified product manager or product owner.
• Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in digital product management within the financial services industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using JIRA and Experience with design tools like FIGMA and collaboration tools such as Confluence.
• Commuting: Must be able to commute to Wilmington, Delaware, 3 days per week.
• Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding and experience with Agile methodologies and practices.
