MEB Project Manager

SUMMARY

Support the Medical Executive Board by driving the reoccurring meeting cadence for all committees, track activity through meeting minutes and support the creation and execution of projects. Help develop and execute a project plan that satisfies the business needs and is clearly communicated. Serve as a communication connection point between the MEB and Operations leadership. This role reports to the Project Manager supporting the MEB.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand where projects stand and take measures to remove roadblocks and assist efforts for success.
  • Coordinate schedules with Operational and Support Service guest speakers as needed by the committees
  • Work in concert with the other MEB Program Managers
  • Identify risks and communicate effectively to mitigate them
  • Ensure stakeholders and managers are always informed of project progress
  • Maintain visibility to key constraints and dependencies.
  • Take diligent notes to support meeting minutes and monthly progress
  • Manage internal and external resources and identify potential issues early using resources to maximize their value.
  • Gather data for measures set by business owners to appropriately challenge, provide transparency and drive accountability.
  • 5 % travel required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Skilled facilitation of cross function meetings
  • Experience managing projects or large-scale implementations to support operations.
  • Experience interfacing with senior leadership

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

 B.S. or B.A. preferred plus 2 years of experience

SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY

 Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
