Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of potential candidates
• Screen and qualify candidates
• Present job opportunities to candidates
• Place candidates efficiently in open positions
• Manage multiple accounts and provide interview support
• Establish and nurture relationships with doctors and clients
• Provide consulting services to candidates and clients
• Collaborate with internal teams for recruitment strategies

Skills Needed

• 2 years of recruiting experience (eyecare industry experience preferred)
• Proficient in cold calling
• Strong communication skills
• Professionalism and attention to detail
• Ability to handle pressure and problem-solve
• Persuasive and resilient
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Team player with Microsoft Office and LinkedIn proficiency
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
