About The Opportunity
- We are a well-established practice seeking a Full-Time Optometrist to join our team in Watchung & Livingston, New Jersey.
- Part-Time opportunities are also available.
- We offer a W2 or 1099 option, primary care medical services, and a supportive team including OD Techs, an Office Manager, and Virtual Scribes. Our practice is equipped with updated technology such as OCT, Optos, and more.
- Full-Time position with a 4- or 5-day work week.
- Ability to work at two locations: Watchung & Livingston, NJ (NYC suburb).
- Enjoy a flexible schedule with the office open 7 days a week.
- Ideal schedule includes Fridays, Saturdays, and/or Sundays.
- Work hours vary from 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM on weekdays, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Saturdays, and 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM on Sundays.
- Receive a competitive $650 daily rate.
- Enjoy a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a $2,500 retention bonus after year 1.
- Benefits include Paid Malpractice, 401k, Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.
- Additionally, receive a $750 License & CE Stipend and PTO.
- All states mandate licensing for Optometrists.
- The ideal candidate should have an O.D. degree from an accredited Optometry School and have completed the National Board of Examiners in Optometry Exam.
