Key Details

• Work alongside a team of 3 Ophthalmologists and 1 Optometrist in a growing practice
• Benefit from a dedicated support team, including OD's, technicians, and scribes
• Conduct consultations with 25-30 patients on office days
• Work four days a week in the office and one day a week performing surgeries
• Perform surgeries at an ASC onsite
• On-call duties on a 1 in 6 rotation
• Access to updated technology

Requirements

• Proficiency in surgical procedures is a must

Compensation Package

• Opportunity to earn up to $600,000 annually
• Base salary of $350,000 or 33% of net collections
• Comprehensive benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance

• Annual $3,000 allowance for Continuing Education

• Sign-on bonus totaling $70,000 ($20,000 upfront and $50,000 in equity)
