Work Environment
- Full-time position with a five-day work week
- Two consecutive days off weekly
- Focus on Full Scope Optometry including Medical Management, Vision Therapy, Sports Vision Therapy, and Primary Eye Care exams
- Encounters averaging 18-20 per day
- Competitive W2 salary with base pay and aggressive incentives
- Year 1 income potential of $160,000-$182,000
- Possibility for partnership
- $1,500 relocation assistance available
- Benefits including 401k, Medical (PPO) & Dental Insurance, FSA account access
- Additional benefits like Aflac Supplementary Insurance, Disability Insurance, and Malpractice coverage
- Two weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Continuing education and license reimbursement support
- Must hold an O.D. Degree from an Accredited Optometry School
- Completion of all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry Exam
