- Preferably completed a POS Vision Therapy Residency

- Completion of all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry exam
- State licensure required

- Treating eye injuries
- Prescribing eyeglasses and contact lenses
- Developing treatment plans for specific eye conditions
