An Optical Sales Associate will achieve a world class Total Patient Experience that both maximizes the retail sales but also supports the patients’ medical needs. An Optical Sales Associate is trained to dispense and fit glasses and contacts, working from the prescriptions written by Optometrists and Ophthalmologists. They connect the patient's needs to the goods and services we offer.
The lead is a go to person for assigning optical/lab duties to be rotated and then communicating with manager for coaching and follow up. All optical duties will be rotated among all Optical Technicians to include SAP.
