Front Desk Agent

We are now hiring a part-time Frontdesk / Teaching Assistant to join our team. This position requires excellent oral and written communication skills with students, their families, and teachers.

This position is part-time and year-round. Additional responsibility includes Grading books (answer key provided).

Working Hours

4:00 pm to 7:30 pm - Monday to Thursday

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest concerns or complaints
- Process check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing

Experience:
- Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Teaching experience is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to proofread documents for accuracy

- Directly responsible to the Director and assists in any capacity whenever the need is presented, including opening and/or closing the school.

- Must be highly organized and detail oriented.

- Elementary school level teaching experience in Math and English Preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
