We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team and help us continue delivering the best service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service.
• Handle customer transactions and ensure accurate cash handling and register management.
• Train and supervise staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the car wash facility and surrounding areas.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
• Quickly think on your feet to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and report any issues to the Store Manager.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to think quickly and solve problems efficiently under pressure.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business management is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
