Direct Sales Trainer
As a Sales Trainer at Ezee Fiber, you will play a pivotal role in the development and success of our sales team. You will utilize a variety of training methodologies and tools to maximize the effectiveness of our programs, providing both group and individual training sessions.

Responsibilities
Conduct classroom training for new sales hires during and after onboarding.
Develop and implement sales training programs for new and existing sales representatives.
Deliver training sessions to sales representatives in both individual and group settings.
Monitor the performance of sales representatives and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
Lead projects to update, improve, and create new training programs.
Ensure sales training programs align with business goals and best practices to meet senior sales leadership’s expectations.
Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, tools, and practices to maximize the effectiveness of sales training programs.
Develop and update training materials, including training manuals, job aids, and presentations.
Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge and skills gaps and develop training solutions to address them.
Collaborate with sales managers to ensure training programs align with business objectives and sales targets.
Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in sales training and incorporate them into training programs.
Requirements
Some Travel will be required to new areas
Sales training experience in the telecom industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of sales processes and techniques.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Strong coaching and feedback skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and training development tools.
