Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Operations Coordinator to join our Field Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and task management and office administration, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities and tasks. This candidate will partner with various groups within the department and organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage agendas/travel meetings and appointments
Coordinate and oversee department administration
Maintain office supply inventory
Minor project and reporting management
Performing data entry to update reporting
Customer engagement
Asset and resource tracking and management
Asset and Material management
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Qualifications:
Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Assists clerical and support staff with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required.
Prepares agendas, makes travel arrangements, and maintains calendars for senior management.
Oversees telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution.
Maintains office supplies inventory.
Maintains records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files such as employee files.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in office administration or related field preferred.
At least three years of administrative and clerical experience required.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
