Role Description
Ezratty Integrative Aesthetics is seeking an experienced Patient Experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team in Virginia Highlands in Atlanta, Georgia. This person will play a pivotal role in ensuring every patient received exceptional care and service from the moment they walk through our doors. You will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing assistance and support to enhance their overall experience at Ezratty Integrative Aesthetics.
Key responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling efficiently and accurately.
- Patient Care: Serve as a trusted resource for our patients, providing information about our services, treatments and products. Address any patient inquiries whether over the phone or in person.
- Client Experience Enhancement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance patient experience and exceed expectations. Anticipate patient needs, offer personalized recommendations, and provide exceptional, luxury service to foster patient loyalty.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining client records, managing inventory, and processing payments accurately. Collaborate with other team members to ensure all operations are seamless and uphold high standards of service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Knowledge of medical spa services, treatments, and skincare products is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer systems is a must. Must be able to navigate computers and software systems for appointment scheduling, billing, and record keeping.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, luxury and confidentiality.
