Seeking a patent prosecution associate attorney in software and electronics. Candidates should have a degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or an equivalent. Candidates should be familiar with all aspects of U.S. and foreign patent preparation and prosecution in electrical and software related technologies. Some law firm experience and registration with the USPTO is required for this position.
