Key Responsibilities
- Learn and Assist Work alongside experienced technicians to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential settings.
- Customer Engagement Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, actively listening to their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Sales Support Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for additional services or products that can benefit customers.
- Problem Solving Apply creative thinking to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and your team.
- Mechanical Inclination Strong interest and aptitude in mechanical systems and a willingness to learn about HVAC technology.
- Customer-Focused A genuine passion for helping people and a dedication to providing exceptional service.
- Sales Enthusiast Enjoy engaging with customers and identifying opportunities to enhance their HVAC experience.
- Adaptability Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Valid Driver's License A valid driver's license is required for this role and all drivers must be 21 or over.
