We are actively seeking an exceptional individual to take on the mantle of Operations Manager / General Manager, in Monroe Township at W. Danley Electrical - a subsidiary of F.H. Responsibilities
In this critical role, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities

• Providing strategic direction and astute leadership across all facets of the branch's operations
• Crafting and executing comprehensive business plans tailored to the unique dynamics of the branch, all in seamless alignment with our overarching organizational goals
• Vigilantly overseeing the financial health of the branch, adeptly managing budgets, and steering the ship toward ever greater profitability
• Nurturing and guiding a diverse team, cultivating a culture characterized by excellence, accountability, and a fervent drive for professional growth
• Cultivating and fortifying robust relationships with an expansive network of customers, vendors, and stakeholders
• Leveraging key performance indicators to glean invaluable insights, driving a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications
