Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Utilize technical sales skills to explain product features and benefits to customers
- Conduct sales transactions, handle cash, and process payments
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Knowledge of retail math and the ability to perform basic calculations
- Experience in wireless sales or a similar technical sales environment is a plus
