Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Group Fitness Instructor at F45 Training Herricks.

This role requires a passionate individual with exceptional people skills, a deep understanding of fitness principles, and the ability to inspire and motivate both staff and members.

As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for leading fitness classes, providing guidance and motivation to participants, and ensuring a safe and effective workout environment. You will also assist with class setup and cleanup, as well as maintaining equipment and facilities.

Qualifications

• Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction skills
• High character, low ego, highly curious, and a continuous learner.
• Customer Service skills
• Experience in Personal Training
• Knowledge of the Fitness Industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certifications in fitness-related disciplines (e.g., ACE, ISSA, NASM, NSCA) are preferred
• Experience teaching a variety of fitness classes
• Ability to adapt to different fitness levels and modify exercises as needed
• Strong organizational and time management skills
