F8 Consulting is Hiring a Remote Sales Development Representative (100% remote, PT Temp-to-FT Perm)

At F8 Consulting, we have been helping companies with professional IT support, VOIP phone service, and cloud integration services to businesses and nonprofits through the Atlantic Coastline since 2009. We’re looking for 1–2 Sales Development Representatives to help support our rapid growth efforts.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: Work with the sales team to create, qualify, and confirm sales opportunities. Responsibilities include:

  • Making 25 dials per hour to prospects.
  • Prospecting new clients, helping to fill seminars and selling new products.
  • Confirming inbound and outbound appointments for senior sales consultants.
  • Supporting senior sales reps during discovery calls, including attending sales meetings with cameras-on using Microsoft Teams.
  • Assist in research, drafting materials and exploring opportunities as needed to support sales and marketing efforts.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Reliable computer, microphone, speakers, camera for daily virtual meetings and calling
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Quiet, distraction free workspace
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and CRMs

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Insurance sales experience

Technology solutions sales experience

B2B sales experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus opportunities
