Job Overview:

Real Estate Firm & Residential Property Management Company seeking a skilled 1099 Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of residence assigned to contractor.

Duties:

• Perform minor maintenance repairs in community areas
• Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary.
• Complete general property cleaning and maintenance.
• Install and replace floors, stairs and piping as needed.
• Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building.
• Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility.
• Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Residential maintenance
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Prior experience in maintenance
