Analyzing current and future market trends to determine inventory needs. Maintaining a balanced used equipment inventory by buying and selling equipment.

Ensuring optimal inventory levels based on demand and equipment availability.

Occasionally travel to customer's locations to build and maintain relationships.

• Assist in used equipment marketing via CatUsed.com and Machinery Trader.
• Constantly find new ways and methods to remarket used equipment.
• Representing Fabick Cat at industry-related events, including annual Cat meetings.
• Other duties as assigned. Qualifications :
• High School degree or GED with at least 5 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years sales experience required.
• Excellent written / oral communication and negotiation skills are required.
• Organizational skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and other business software applications is required
• The ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality is required.
• Experience in equipment sales, inventory management, or related roles is preferred Physical Requirements : In addition to being able to sit, stand, walk, read, talk, write and hear, to perform the essential functions of this job an individual must be able to do the following additional activities : Occasionally lift and / or move up to 10 pounds.
