Military Fellowship Programs allow transitioning service members and military spouses to intern with Fabick Cat to gain valuable experience in the civilian workforce and aids servicemembers in their transition from the military.
This is an approved Department of Defense (DoD) SkillBridge Program. Active duty transitioning service members from any branch of service may apply if they meet the eligibility requirements. DoD Instruction 1322.29 allows service members to participate in the program with command approval. Your transition office will provide candidates with the necessary documentation to obtain approval. Fabick CAT Military Skillbridge Fellowship Opportunity
Fabick Cat is excited to collaborate with Hiring Our Heroes (HOH) as a host company as part of a nationwide initiative via the Chamber of Commerce. Offered in a 3-times/year cohort and individual fellowship format, the 12-week program is held Monday through Thursday at host companies (Fridays are reserved for military duties and professional development). Fabick Cat provides eligible transitioning military members and military spouses with fellowship opportunities across our branches.

A Day In The LifeThe Hiring Our Heroes Program is a 12 - week long fellowship for transitioning military members and military spouses. Fellowships are M-Th and typically 9AM-5PM. Fridays are reserved for Hiring our Heroes meetings and transition appointments. Fellowships offer opportunities to gain industry knowledge and experience through shadowing, onsite training, certifications, and the ability to grow with the Fabick team.
Locations:
Fabick Cat branches extend from Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin and Michigan contributing to the growth and development of the Midwest United States with our famous Cat machines. Our fellowship program model will be offered on-site correlating with each specific opportunity. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of any of our branch locations based on specific job openings. Eligibility for relocation assistance may be considered on a case by case basis after the interview process selection has been completed.
