Fabletics is currently looking for a Graphic Designer.

How Do You Fit In?

As the Graphic Designer, you would be responsible for the execution of brand creative that translates business and marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, visually exciting, and easy to understand. You’ll be able to clearly communicate creative ideas to both supervisors and stakeholders, collaborate on ideation with design team and business owners, and work with the project management team to deliver solutions that are timely and effective.

As the Graphic Designer , you will also have great attention to detail, a great eye for photography selects, strong typography skills, ability to receive feedback and be highly organized.

This position will report to the Art Director.

  • Candidates must present an online portfolio showcasing a variety of executions across channels (for example, Digital, OOH, Print) and across disciplines (eg. brand identity, packaging, campaign layouts, etc.)

What You Can Bring

  • 4 years working as a designer; fashion background a plus
  • Extensive graphic design experience and an eye for great design, graphic design principles, and typography
  • Expert Experience of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Knowledge of After Effects and Figma
  • Professional attitude; self-managed, self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player with a keen sense of urgency
  • Strong technical skills (comping and presentation prep)
  • Strong typography, layout, hierarchy, branding skills
  • Able to maintain daily workload in an extremely fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards and shifting priorities as needed; remain flexible and adaptable to changing deadlines and priorities and with professionalism
  • Candidate must be a proven facilitator of information, with exceptional communication and follow up skills and a keen sense of urgency
  • Attention to detail
  • Must thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of current social trends
  • Extensive knowledge of best practices for both web and print execution
  • Online user interface experience, including mobile is a plus
  • Fashion/beauty experience is a plus
  • Jira experience is a plus
  • BFA/BA in Graphic Design

What You Will Do

  • Work closely with Art Director, to develop and execute projects such as marketing, ad campaigns and brand initiatives
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing team members to drive and design compelling assets across all channels including but not limited to site, email, social, and print
  • Take ownership of projects from concept through production while collaborating with creative and marketing teams working within the creative process
  • Demonstrate flexibility, organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Ensure high standards and quality assurance across all work produced so that it is cohesive, consistent, and on brand
  • Learn and leverage knowledge of our customers and company KPI’s to assure we are creating optimal assets
  • Stay on top of trends in fashion, design, and photography
  • Ensure visual designs adhere to project requirements, objectives, and timelines upholding brand standards across all projects
  • Partner closely with Project Manager in terms of meeting goals and deadlines necessary for timely delivery of projects and creative assets
  • Design and execute comps, mood/storyboarding, presentation visuals, and other creative materials as directed
  • Identify gaps in current assets and offer recommendations for new content ideas
  • Develop good working relationships with teams and be a communicative partner across all departments
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the creative look and feel for all concepts

The annual base salary range for this position is from $67,000-$85,000 . The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
