Duties:
- Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their shopping experience
- Conduct transactions accurately and efficiently using various payment methods
- Demonstrate product features through effective product demos to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions
- Specialize in technical sales, particularly in electronics and wireless products
- Utilize strong communication skills to convey product benefits and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain a tidy and well-organized sales floor to create an inviting shopping atmosphere
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Experience:
- Proficient in time management to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Strong grasp of English language for clear communication with customers and team members
- Experience in technical sales, especially in electronics or wireless products, is highly beneficial
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for accurate transactions
- Fluency in Spanish is advantageous for catering to diverse customer needs
- Prior experience in sales roles is a plus
